Returns & Exchange Policy
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Battlr.
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges, must be accompanied by any one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:
- Items are in their original condition (unworn and unwashed);
- Items are in their original packaging;
- Tags remain attached to garments
- Proof of purchase is provided; and
- A Returns Form is included
- Eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.
- Must not be marked as a Final Sale item on the website
- Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks
- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder
Any returns that do not meet our policy may be issued with a credit note or will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have received a faulty garment or an incorrect garment (due to Battlr fault), we will cover the cost of your return postage.
Once your return has been received at our office, we will reach out to you via email to provide you with your store credit voucher code within 2-5 business days.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Battlr is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.
